damaged items
If your order arrives damaged, please email:

within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the damage and the packaging.
Once the damage has been reviewed, a replacement will be arranged at no additional cost. In some cases, you may be asked to return the damaged item. If so, return shipping will be covered.
lost in transit
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch.
Once confirmed, a replacement will be arranged.
returns
As each piece is printed to order, returns for change of mind cannot be accepted.

refunds
Refunds are issued in cases of confirmed damage or verified loss in transit.
right of withdrawal (EU customers)
As each artwork is produced individually after purchase (print-on-demand), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with § 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB.
