All artworks are produced individually after purchase (print-on-demand).
Minor variations in color may occur due to screen settings and production processes.
3. contract conclusion
By placing an order, you submit a binding offer to purchase the selected product.
The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order.
4. prices
All prices are final prices.
In accordance with § 19 UStG (small business regulation), no VAT is charged.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
5. payment
Payment is processed via the available payment providers (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo).
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
6. delivery
Delivery times are indicated on the respective product page.
As all works are produced to order, production times apply.
7. right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to goods produced individually after purchase (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).

8. liability
The seller is fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health.
The seller is also fully liable in cases of intent or gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence involving essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable and typical contractual damages.
Liability under the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
9. copyright
All artworks are protected by copyright.
The purchase of a print does not grant the right to reproduce, distribute or commercially use the image.
10. applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

1. geltungsbereich
Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen über diesen Online-Shop.

2. produkte
Alle Werke werden erst nach Bestellung individuell produziert (Print-on-Demand).
Geringfügige Farbabweichungen sind technisch möglich.
3. vertragsschluss
Mit Absenden der Bestellung gibt der Kunde ein verbindliches Angebot ab.
Der Vertrag kommt zustande, wenn die Anbieterin die Bestellung durch eine Auftragsbestätigung per E-Mail annimmt.
4. preise
Alle Preise sind Endpreise.
Gemäß § 19 UStG wird keine Umsatzsteuer berechnet.
Versandkosten werden im Bestellprozess angezeigt.
5. zahlung
Die Zahlung erfolgt über die angebotenen Zahlungsdienstleister (Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Venmo).
Die Zahlung ist unmittelbar mit Vertragsschluss fällig.
6. lieferung
Die Lieferzeiten sind auf der jeweiligen Produktseite angegeben.
Da alle Werke individuell produziert werden, gelten die angegebenen Produktionszeiten.
7. widerrufsrecht
Ein Widerrufsrecht besteht gemäß § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB nicht, da die angebotenen Werke individuell nach Bestellung gefertigt werden.

8. haftung
Für Schäden aus der Verletzung des Lebens, des Körpers oder der Gesundheit haftet die Anbieterin unbeschränkt.
Bei vorsätzlichem oder grob fahrlässigem Verhalten haftet die Anbieterin ebenfalls unbeschränkt.
Bei leicht fahrlässiger Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten ist die Haftung auf den vorhersehbaren, vertragstypischen Schaden begrenzt.
Die Haftung nach dem Produkthaftungsgesetz bleibt unberührt.
9. urheberrecht
Alle Werke sind urheberrechtlich geschützt.
Mit dem Kauf eines Prints werden keine Nutzungsrechte zur Vervielfältigung oder kommerziellen Nutzung übertragen.
10. anwendbares recht
Es gilt deutsches Recht unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts (CISG).
